Kristin, and LUTs Carol Schultz, Barbara Michael and Susan Rolls, this class meets from 6:45-8:15 p.m., the first Wednesday of each month in the Green room. August 4 we will study the Power of Will. Stories of Triumph During the month of August we will be hearing four stories of triumph in both the 9 and 11 a.m. services:             August 8: Matt Bennett             August 15: Stephanie Brooks           August 22: David Sapp           August 29: Lisa Frick These are personal stories in which God helped the speaker triumph over a life problem. Songs of Triumph This annual concert will be at 6 p.m. Sunday, August 22 in the Sanctuary. It is a $1,500 fund-raiser, hosted by Unity musicians, to purchase a fifth octave of chimes for the Unity Ringers. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Dr. Jack Eason Rowe, author and research scientist, will present two healing workshops using EFT, commonly known as "tapping."          August 14: Healing Tap-A-Thon,                         1-5 p.m. Saturday, FW-Conf          August 15: Healing Money Issues                           with EFT, 1-5 p.m.      .                   Sunday, FW-Conf Dr. Rowe, a student of Gary Craig, founder of EFT, will facilitate your learning of this technique on Saturday. On Sunday, he will use group power to heal group members issues. Jon Mundy Dr. Jon Munday will deliver a lecture/workshop titled Mysticism and the Course of Miracles at 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 25. Jon will help us answer such questions as: What is a mystical experience? ...a miracle? ...Metaphysics? Unity Center of Columbia on Facebook
